Personal Information

For all events (school workshops, Cabinet of Curiosity, Elfkins and Spritelets, and one off events), we ask for customers’ names, phone numbers and email addresses. These are stored for session/emergency contact purposes, using Google’s online services (Gmail, docs, etc.). They are not passed on to any other third parties or sold.

For electronic payments, we may use several financial organisations, which are currently (as of 01/05/2018) though PayPal or bank transfer. Contact details (one or more of attendee’s name, parent/guardian’s name, telephone number, email address and, only where appropriate, age and address) are recorded on a bookings list for planning, confirmation and event contact purposes.

Customer names and transaction details are transferred to Sage Cloud Accounting for accounting purposes.

All data is kept securely. We will keep details on record until they are no longer required for accounting purposes. This will be periodically removed.

We will not contact you for marketing purposes unless you have specifically requested to be added to one of our event notification lists.
